My
classes are engaging, informative and empowering.
You
are provided with official manuals for each course level, not
photocopies. Your manual contains detailed information covering
all of the class content and provides you with information you will require
for ongoing reference.
You'll give and receive a full
energy session in class.
For
each of my classes where giving and receiving an energy session is an
essential part of the day, I make every effort to conduct classes with an
even number of students to maximize the value of your
experience.
Whenever
I end up with an uneven number of students, I invite one of my graduate
students to come in for the afternoon session.
Experience an interactive learning experience.
Your
participation and your questions are a vital part of your learning
experience. Questions are encouraged and are answered during the class. In
any case where I require further information to complete an answer, I get
back to you ASAP after the class.
Apply
healing on yourself & others by the day's end .
I
provide each of my students with personal hands-on guidance based on my
own experiences. When you leave at the end of the day, you will leave with
a thorough understanding of the material we've covered. You will be knowledgeable
enough to apply the relevant healing modality on yourself and others from
that point on.
My
commitment to provide follow-up and support.
Follow-up
with students is an important part of my ongoing support. I remain
available to answer any further questions that occur to you on the
material we covered in class. In addition, I will help to clarify any
points that arise after the conclusion of your class.
An
invitation to attend my monthly Healing Circle.
All
students and practitioners are invited to attend my monthly Healing
Circle, which provides a forum where Lightworkers can meet to discuss
their experiences and ask questions. The second half of the three and a
half to four hour gathering is devoted to giving and receiving 10 to 15
minute refresher treatments during which everyone participates. This
provides you with the opportunity to practice and expand your learning
experience.
The
Circle is usually attended by 20 to 30 Lightworkers and we set up 4 to 6
tables for this activity. The Healing Circle is held the first Sunday
afternoon of each month.

About
Lynn Neilson.
I
commenced my study of Reiki techniques nine years
ago in Canada. Later, I went
on to obtain my Usui Reiki
Master certification with teachers in the United
States
licensed by William Rand’s International Center for Reiki
Training.
I have
been practicing Reiki for ten years in the
Montreal area and actively
teaching all levels of Reiki for
seven years.
I obtained
my Master-Instructor certification in
Integrated Energy Therapy® from the Center of Being,
Inc. located
in Woodstock, N.Y. The Center is directed by
Stevan Thayer, the creator
of Integrated Energy
Therapy®.
I have
been practicing and teaching IET®
since 2002
and I continue to pursue advanced studies in order to
increase my knowledge and enhance my ability to help
others in need.

Reiki Training

Usui - Style
Reiki
Based
upon the teachings of Dr. Usui from Japan, as
documented by William Rand's
International Center for
Reiki Training.
Calm
the mind, nourish the body, and the spirit with
this gentle but
powerful energy that can be learned by
everyone.
Reiki cannot do you any
harm, and does not conflict
with any other therapies
including psychotherapy, all
medical procedures, natural remedies, or
treatments.
Reiki is complimentary to other healing arts, and can
be used alone or in
combination with other holistic or
traditional approaches to accelerate your
self- healing
journey. However, Reiki is not a replacement for
traditional medical approaches.
Whether
you intend to eventually open your own
practice, apply energy therapy to immediate family
members or simply perform self-treatments, learning Usui
- Style Reiki is an
excellent starting point.
Many
people have the mistaken idea that they can't do energy work, that they can't learn Reiki.
However,
the fact is that people of all ages can and do learn Reiki and after your attunement to Usui Reiki I in
my Level I class, you will be doing Reiki
on another person that same afternoon.

Master-Instructor Class*
Mandatory
for all those intending to set up a practice teaching Integrated Energy
Therapy®.
The Master Class can only be given by one of
the
Master-Instructor Trainers working directly for the Center
of Being, Inc.
located in Woodstock, N.Y.
Their Trainers conduct
annual Master-Instructor
Classes throughout North America and abroad.
At present,
the annual Master-Instructor classes in
this region alternate between Ottawa, Ontario and the
Roxboro,
Quebec.
*Completion of IET Basic, Intermediate and Advanced is
required in order to take
the Master-Instructor course.

Quality
of my Training
I
make certain that my students understand all of
the information being taught in my classes. In the
event that anything is unclear to you after taking one
of my classes, you are encouraged to contact me to
discuss it.
Over
my years teaching Reiki, I have encountered
students of other teachers that haven't been properly taught, don't understand
how to use Reiki, and were
neither provided proper manuals to work with and refer back to nor certificates attesting
to their successful completion of one or more levels.
Any
of these students that have enrolled in my classes
and retaken one or more levels have been much more satisfied with their training.
I
also conduct monthly Healing Circles open to all people that have taken courses with me or others.
I conduct Healing Circles ten times each year. We
alternate between Reiki and IET from month to month providing practitioners
of either modality the opportunity to meet in a common group.
Circles are comprised of group discussions, meditation, sending
distant healing and an exchange of either Reiki or IET sessions.
Attendees commute up to one hundred miles from their homes
to attend a Circle on the first Sunday of the
month.
Some
clients have traveled hundreds of miles to attend my classes so please get in touch with me if you require additional details.
